Lauryn Solomon began her role as Engagement Coordinator for USF Hillel in January 2022. As a proud USF alumna, Lauryn was actively involved at Hillel and served in a number of positions including Israel Action Liaison, social media intern, and a variety of student board leadership roles. For all of her passion and dedication to USF Hillel and Jewish student life on campus, Lauryn received the Woman of Distinction Award from Suncoast Hillels in 2016. 

 

Prior to joining USF Hillel, Lauryn worked at the Tampa Jewish Federation as a Social Media Coordinator and the Hillel Academy as an Office Manager and Advancement Associate.

Lauryn was born and raised in Tampa. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from USF in Health Sciences with a dual concentration in biological and social/behavioral health sciences. She is currently working on completing her Masters in Public Health.

 

Lauryn is very excited to return to her home at USF Hillel to help engage Jewish students on campus and share her passions with them.
